Our Story
Luca Pacioli was an Italian Mathmatician, Franciscan Friar, collaborator with Leonardo da Vinci, and an early contributor to the field now known as accounting. He is commonly referred to as the Father of modern day Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Like Luca, we're pretty good at math too.
Founders
Jason has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, primarily focused in software, biotech and technology. He began his career in Ernst & Young’s Technology and Biotech practice in Palo Alto. Jason enjoys working with investors, executives, and employees to drive and support organic and acquired growth. Jason has held several senior finance positions in private-equity backed ventures, as a Corporate Controller and CFO, leading and advising corporations on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, international expansion and capital market transactions. Most recently, he was the CFO of Advanced Medical, where he managed the company's financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, as well as DevOps and Human Resources.
Jason has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A from the Jon M Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University. Outside of work, Jason resides with his wife and three children in Denver, Colorado, where they enjoy golf, sports, fitness, theatre and the outdoors.

Jonathan began his career in marketing, but quickly expanded his reach into technology and entrepreneurship. Founding his own mobile app development company early in his career allowed him to help companies of all sizes and industries build digital solutions. Industries include, but not limited to healthcare, retail, hospitality, and staffing. Jonathan has worked as head of Marketing, Product, and Design; and loves working with companies building strategies fueled by insights, data, and design principles. Most recently, Jonathan was the VP of Product & Marketing where he oversaw product development of an award winning Telehealth application & in-house Applicant Tracking system, developed & executed growth strategies during the companies varying revenue stages, and contributed to the M&A process of acquiring companies and selling Advanced Medical.
Jonathan has a B.S. in Business from Southeastern University, certifications in Design Thinking from IDEO and Scrum. When not working, Jonathan is spending time with his wife and three boys in his hometown of Orlando, FL. They enjoy going to the beach, sports, and spending time with friends over a good meal.
